Crossrail

The Grannazocem tile was installed on all the major Crossrail stations throughout London which included Farringdon, Paddington, Bond Street, Liverpool Street, Tottenham Court Road, Woolwich Arsenal and Whitechapel. The tile was chosen for its specification, performance and manufacturing processes, enabling it to withstand the heavy foot traffic of passengers through the stations each year whilst performing to the slip resistant values required and maintaining a clean appearance.

Agglo UK worked very closely with the design teams of Crossrail and the various Main Contractors to ensure that the build up and interfaces of the floor for this monumental feat of engineering was complimented by a robust, unfaltering and aesthetically pleasing tile.

Northern Line Extension – Nine Elms and Battersea Power station

The Grannazocem tiles were installed in the station public areas, concourses, platforms and circulation areas where it’s specific production for mass transit use would be best utilised. Grannazocem was used throughout both stations as a TfL London Underground approved tile.

This was the first extension of the tube network this century and was part of the extensive regeneration of the area including Battersea Power station.

University of (Birmingham) Station

The Grannazocem tiles are being installed in the public and circulation areas of the train station that singularly provides a service for thousands of students at the University of Birmingham. Grannazocem tile was chosen by the client and main contractor VolkerFitzpatrick as it has been installed on Network Rail stations across the country and has proven to be the perfect tile that would guarantee longevity and appearance over its design life.

TfL London Underground

The Grannazocem tile, one of a number of ranges, is a TfL London Underground approved product which has been installed in multiple stations across its vast network. The tile was chosen for it’s impressive slip resistance rating combined with a vacuum compact production method, making it the perfect tile to withstand and endure the millions of passengers traversing the stations each day. The various colour ranges will appeal to all sectors ranging from aviation to commercial which enables the Grannazzocem tile to enhance any environment both aestehetically and in terms of it’s performance.
